Modified Model

How much to fix a piston pin or spike theme of my LS1 (modified, headers, etc. ..) for my T / A (00 models)?
I took it a mechanic and his best asumption without breaking in the engine was a matter pistion pin. Although the rocker said he can be really do not think he wanted participate with my engine because of the time and he knew (because it was not speed shop) that probably wouldnt be able to fix anyway. I'm listening knocking noise from the engine and it seems that deep down I do not really tell which side of your entry. I know its nothing simple, such as carbon accumulation belt fan or anything like that. I said it could be a valve lifter or rocker arm, but I'm trying to get ready for the worst senerio here. Doesn't alleviate noise disappears but a little each time you add oil. But it is loud enough to hear while driving and goes along with the RPM. But the bottom of RPMS stronger. And suggestions or help?!??
take your vehicle to a repair shop and engine performance to be able to diagnose that the noise spike cylinder comes from …… will have to do some major engine tear, so if you decide to want more power and performance that would be the time spend some money on the cylinder heads high performance and better pistons and connecting rods ……
