Why watch TV when there are other things I like best?
Yesterday, actually did little more than watching television. After dinner I took my two daughters of a walk and then when my son came home, I look outside and played with them. I thought to myself how much I enjoy being with my children well, and was frustrated that he had lost the day watching television. I started thinking about all the other times I watch television instead of doing something else and I wonder what prevents me off. It seems that in almost all cases of others do what is most pleasing to the time (eg sitting on a velvet chair instead of a drive), but what is it that television is different, Is it a form of functional sleep or rest? Is it because it's something the whole family can do (since they are different ages), or is it easy to do? Or is it something sinister?
In reality, TV is very addictive. Sometimes, unconsciously, your body is very tired and, automatically, just walk to the chair and sit and watch television that entertainment easy. It's just your subconscious that begins in A Once you sit down, your body begins to feel strong because it is very relaxed and it is difficult to find the energy to get up and move. It is the same for a lot of people as usual, there is nothing wrong with you.
