Pounds Legos
Will I win a pound of this? PLEASE HELP! DESPERATE need of it.
I am a 15 year old girl. So, okay, for breakfast 10:30 I ate a smoothie that I made with berries, with 3 little fruit snacks shaped legos lol. Then a bite of toast. It's 3:30, and I just gorged on chocolate bar and a chocolate truffle. The brownie was 3×4 ". .. It was big enough xD I'm on my period! So I've been drinking a ton water, I went for a walk with hills and stuff for about 20 minutes before today. If I just do not eat for the rest of the day, and tons of water glass, I will save myself from getting a pound? I could do a few step ups or so if I feel up to it. I have my period pains. (2nd day). So yes. Please help! THANKS! If I eat today will be before 7:00 this evening and will be a small salad of kale.
One reason why you feel the need to pass chocolate (besides the obvious, the period) is that you are eating so little that your body is the desire of calories. Eat a little more during the day and you does not feel as deprived. A shake and a few pieces of fruit snack is considering starvation, and is not a healthy habit, especially for his age. The key to losing or maintaining a healthy weight is balance, and its great that you exercise:) Maintaining and that at no time will only routine. In any case, if walking is your routine day should not increase the weight of a brownie.
