Scale Balsa
What is the best way to represent trees in the architecture models in 1:100 or 1:200 scale use of paper / balsa, etc.

Need a way to do this to display the site around a building I am designing with low cost materials. Suggestions can be quite abstract, I will not try of being too literal, taking on each sheet, etc., since become cheaper. Photos would be helpful. Thank you.

This seems obvious, but almost any model railroad shop will landscaping materials. N scale 1:160 scale for most landscape elements on this scale of work for you. If you want something cheap and easy seek Chenille Bump (SP). These are basically pipe cleaners that start narrow at the top and then spread as they fall. It's difficult to explain, but if you cut the evergreen trees will be 1 to 1 1 / 2 inches high. You can get this at Walmart, Hobby Lobby, etc. Another thing you can do is using the branches of bushes cut. Remove all the green areas and then use a rag to cover the top, use a spray adhesive on the rag and then spray the foam ground (model railroad store, Hobby Lobby) on top of it. You can do almost any size tree in this way, and shrubs. The Low foam can also be used as an herb. Good luck and hope this helps
